Suuntamikrofonit, also known as directional microphones, are audio input devices designed to capture sound predominantly from a specific direction while minimizing sound from other directions. This directional sensitivity is achieved through various acoustic and electronic design principles. Unlike omnidirectional microphones that pick up sound equally from all angles, suuntamikrofonit employ patterns to focus on a target source.
