Sunweathered

Sunweathered describes the appearance of a material that has been exposed to prolonged periods of sunlight and the elements. For example, wood left outdoors may become grey and splintered. Fabrics exposed to the sun will often lose their vibrant colors and can weaken over time. Painted surfaces may chip, peel, or fade. The term "sunweathered" is often used to describe a desirable aesthetic, particularly in design and decor, evoking a sense of age, history, and natural beauty.
