Subjektiivsel

Subjektiivsel is the adessive singular form of the Estonian adjective subjektiivne, and is used in phrases such as subjektiivsel tasandil to mean “on a subjective level” or “subjectively.” The form is typically found in contexts where a description or assessment is attributed to a personal point of view rather than to universal facts.

In usage, subjektiivsel signals that a statement or evaluation is influenced by personal feelings, experiences, or values. It is common in discussions across psychology, sociology, journalism, and everyday language to acknowledge the perspective behind a claim. For example, subjektiivsel tasandil hinnatakse olukorda, meaning that the assessment is made from a subjective standpoint.
