Studcom

Studcom refers to a form of flexible work arrangements or part-time employment that allows students to balance their academic pursuits with professional or work experience. The term is often used in Scandinavian countries, such as Sweden and Denmark, where it has been part of the labor market for decades.

Studcom employees typically work for a shorter period, usually in a part-time capacity, and are eligible for the same benefits and protections as full-time workers.
