Sträucher
Sträucher, also known as shrubs, are a category of woody plants that are distinct from trees and herbaceous plants. Typically, they possess multiple stems originating from or near the ground. Unlike trees, which usually have a single main trunk, shrubs are generally smaller in stature, though some can grow quite large. Their branching habit often starts close to the base, creating a dense, bushy form. The term "strauchartig" refers to this growth habit in German.
