Stressznyúlás is a Hungarian term that literally translates to "stress rabbit." It describes a psychological phenomenon where individuals, when confronted with overwhelming stress or anxiety, retreat into a state of inaction or avoidance. This behavior is akin to a rabbit freezing or fleeing when it perceives a threat.

Individuals experiencing stressnyúlás may find themselves unable to make decisions, complete tasks, or engage in problem-solving.
