Stressperiod refers to a duration of time characterized by elevated levels of psychological or physiological tension. This tension arises in response to perceived demands or threats that exceed an individual's perceived ability to cope. Stressperiods can be triggered by a wide array of factors, including work-related pressures, academic challenges, interpersonal conflicts, financial difficulties, or significant life changes.
