Stillingskode is a code used in Denmark to classify occupations for uniform labeling of jobs across government registers, employers, and educational institutions. The code identifies a specific occupation or job title and enables consistent data collection, reporting, and job matching.

Most stillingskoder are aligned with the international ISCO classification, and in Denmark they are maintained or mapped by national agencies such as Statistics Denmark and the Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR). The codes are typically part of a hierarchical system, with major groups representing broad occupation families and subordinate levels allowing finer distinctions.
