SticksandStones is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 2010 in Toronto, Ontario. The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Alex Gaskarth, guitarist and keyboardist Ryan Ogren, bassist and backing vocalist Jordan Pundik, and drummer and backing vocalist Jordan Field. The band is known for their energetic live performances and their blend of indie rock, pop, and alternative music.

The band's name is derived from the phrase "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me," which is a common saying used to comfort children who have been bullied. SticksandStones released their debut EP, "Sticks and Stones," in 2011, which was followed by their debut studio album, "Sticks and Stones," in 2013. The album was a commercial success, reaching number 13 on the Billboard 200 chart and spawning the hit single "The Anthem." The band has since released two more studio albums, "The Kids Are Alright" (2015) and "The Kids Are Alright: The Remixes" (2016), as well as several EPs and singles.
