A Stationsleitung (German for "station control" or "station management") refers to the operational and administrative control center responsible for managing railway stations, particularly in Germany and other German-speaking regions. This term encompasses both the physical control room and the personnel overseeing station operations, ensuring smooth train movements, passenger services, and infrastructure maintenance.

The primary functions of a Stationsleitung include coordinating train arrivals and departures, managing signaling systems, and overseeing staff deployment. In larger stations, it may also handle ticket validation, platform announcements, and emergency response protocols. Modern Stationsleitungen often integrate digital systems for real-time monitoring and communication, improving efficiency and safety.

Historically, Stationsleitungen were staffed by signalers (Signalwärter) who manually controlled train movements using physical levers and signaling devices.
