Starbeam

Starbeam is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer Geoff Johns and artist Scott Kolins, Starbeam first appeared in a backup story in The Flash vol. 2 #122 in December 1996. Initially introduced as a character in the Tangent Comics imprint, Starbeam was later integrated into the mainstream DC Universe.
