Standardfunksjon

Standardfunksjon is a term used in Norwegian technical writing to describe a function that serves as a standard reference or building block within a given domain. The concept is applied mainly in mathematics and computer science to identify functions that are widely recognized and routinely used for analysis, computation, and communication.

In mathematics, standard functions (often called elementary or standard families) include polynomials, exponentials, logarithms, and trigonometric functions.
