Stainelés
Stainelés refers to a decorative technique in glassmaking where small pieces of colored glass are embedded into a larger piece of glass, often while it is still molten. These embedded fragments create patterns, images, or abstract designs. The technique is distinct from stained glass, which typically involves assembling separate pieces of colored glass and joining them with lead. Stainelés allows for more integrated and subtle color effects within the glass itself.
The process involves the glassmaker carefully selecting and placing fragments of colored glass, known as "frit"
