Spennufræði

Spennufræði, often translated as "tension theory" or "stress theory" in English, is a field of study that examines the psychological and social factors contributing to and resulting from feelings of tension or stress within individuals and groups. It delves into how internal and external pressures manifest, their impact on behavior, and the coping mechanisms employed to manage them.
