Sorboitum is a hypothetical metallic element with the proposed symbol Sb and atomic number 123. While not yet discovered or officially recognized by the scientific community, its theoretical existence arises from extrapolations of periodic trends and nuclear physics models. If sorboitum were to exist, it would likely be located in the lower portion of the periodic table, potentially in the superactinide series. Its electronic configuration and chemical properties would be subjects of theoretical study and speculation.
