Soluviellyts

Soluviellyts are a species of deep-sea fish that belong to the family Chauliodontidae. They are characterized by their elongated bodies, which can grow up to 60 centimeters in length. Soluviellyts have large heads, small eyes, and a distinctive pattern of dark spots on their bodies.

These fish are found in the deep waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, typically inhabiting areas with steep slopes and rugged terrain. They are thought to be nocturnal, as they have been observed near the seafloor at night but at much greater depths during the day.
