Sojaboonolie

Sojaboonolie, also known as soybean oil, is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the soybean plant. It is one of the most widely consumed cooking oils globally and a key ingredient in many processed foods. Sojaboonolie is a source of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids, with linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid being prominent.

Its versatility and relatively low cost have contributed to its widespread adoption. Sojaboonolie is a common ingredient in salad dressings, margarine, shortening, and a vast array of baked goods and fried foods.
