Slúia is a fictional city-state featured in contemporary fantasy literature and role-playing games. In its universe, Slúia is a political and cultural hub within the Slúian Confederation, a loose alliance of coastal and river cities known for trade, scholarship, and diplomacy.

Geographically, Slúia lies on the eastern bank of the River Lorth near the Fog Heights. Its old town is walled and compact, while newer districts extend along a crescent waterfront. The climate is temperate with foggy mornings and steady maritime breezes.

Historically, Slúia traces to a 9th-century trading post that grew with river commerce and guilds. It faced several invasions before becoming a semi-autonomous city within the Confederation by the late medieval period.
