Sinusknutens
Sinusknutens is the term used in some Scandinavian languages to refer to the sinoatrial node, the heart’s natural pacemaker. In English, this structure is commonly called the sinoatrial (SA) node. The sinusknutens is a small but critical cluster of specialized pacemaker cells located in the right atrium, near the opening of the superior vena cava and the crista terminalis.
