Siliconix
Siliconix is a semiconductor company that was founded in 1962. It was one of the early pioneers in the development of integrated circuits, particularly in the area of metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) technology. The company initially focused on producing discrete semiconductor devices before shifting its attention to integrated circuits. In 1977, Siliconix was acquired by Standard Oil of California, which later became Chevron Corporation.
