Silbyum is a fictional element with the chemical symbol Sb and atomic number 120. It is a hypothetical alkali metal, belonging to the same group as lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, and francium. In theoretical models, silbyum is predicted to be a highly reactive metal, even more so than francium. Its electronic configuration would place its valence electron in the 8s orbital.
