Seriumias
Seriumias is a genus of small to medium-sized, nocturnal mammals native to the rainforests of Central and South America. They are known for their distinctive, elongated snouts and large, round eyes, which are adapted for low-light conditions. Seriumias are solitary animals, preferring to live in isolated territories rather than in groups. Their diet primarily consists of insects, particularly beetles and ants, which they forage for on the forest floor.
