Semantischem
Semantischem is the dative singular form of the German adjective semantisch. In German, adjectives are declined to reflect case, gender, and number, and semantischem arises in the dative case when no determiner precedes the noun (strong inflection). It can also occur after prepositions that require the dative and when the noun is used without an accompanying article, for example in semantischem Sinn or mit semantischem Fokus.
