Scrummenetelmässä

Scrummenetelmässä is a Swedish term referring to the Scrum framework. Scrum is an agile project management framework used for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products. It emphasizes iterative development, collaboration, and self-organizing teams. The framework is built around a set of roles, events, and artifacts that provide structure for managing work.

Key roles in Scrum include the Product Owner, who represents the stakeholders and prioritizes the product backlog; the Scrum Master, who facilitates the Scrum process and removes impediments; and the Development Team, responsible for delivering a potentially shippable increment of the product.

Scrum events are time-boxed meetings that create regularity and minimize the need for other meetings. These include the Sprint Planning, where the work for the upcoming Sprint is planned; the Daily Scrum, a brief daily meeting for synchronization; the Sprint Review, where the increment is inspected and adapted; and the Sprint Retrospective, where the team reflects on its process.

The main Scrum artifacts are the Product Backlog, a dynamic list of everything that might be needed in the product; the Sprint Backlog, the set of product backlog items selected for the Sprint, plus the plan for delivering them; and the Increment, the sum of all the Product Backlog items completed during a Sprint and all previous Sprints. Scrummenetelmässä, or the Scrum method, aims to increase transparency, inspection, and adaptation throughout the development lifecycle.
