Savófehérje
Savófehérje, commonly known as whey protein, is a complete protein derived from milk. It is one of the two primary proteins found in milk, the other being casein. Whey protein is a byproduct of the cheese-making process. When milk is coagulated during cheese production, the liquid portion that separates from the curds is whey. This liquid is then processed to isolate and purify the protein content.
