Savannids is a fictional species originating from the planet Savanna. They are a sapient, bipedal mammalian species known for their distinctive reddish-brown fur, which provides camouflage within their arid, grassland home environment. Savannids typically stand between 1.8 and 2.2 meters tall and possess a lean, muscular build adapted for endurance. Their faces are characterized by large, expressive eyes, keen hearing organs located on the sides of their heads, and a muzzle that houses a powerful sense of smell. They have four-fingered hands with opposable thumbs, capable of fine manipulation, and large, padded feet suited for traversing the open plains.
