SVPtiedot is a metadata standard and repository framework used within the SVP project to store and exchange descriptive information about digital items, such as videos, documents, and datasets. The term SVPtiedot is Finnish for "SVP data." The design emphasizes interoperability, portability, and provenance. SVPtiedot defines core entities including Item, Person, Organization, Rights, and Relation, with a JSON-based data model and compatible RDF serialization.
