SPTtä
SPTtä is a Finnish acronym that stands for Suomen Palloliitto Tähtijoukkue, which translates to Finnish Football Association Star Team. It is a program developed by the Finnish Football Association (Suomen Palloliitto) to identify and nurture young football talent across the country. The SPTtä program focuses on players aged between 10 and 12 years old, a critical age for developing fundamental football skills and tactical understanding.
The primary goal of SPTtä is to provide high-potential young players with additional training opportunities beyond
