SMTpõhised
SMT põhised refers to solutions or systems that are based on Surface Mount Technology (SMT). SMT is a method of electronic circuit construction where components are mounted directly onto the surface of a printed circuit board (PCB) rather than being inserted into holes. This technique allows for smaller, more compact electronic devices as components can be placed closer together and on both sides of the board. SMT components are typically smaller and have leads or solder pads that can be directly soldered to the PCB surface. This contrasts with through-hole technology (THT), where component leads are inserted through drilled holes in the PCB and soldered on the opposite side. SMT põhised implies that a product or process utilizes this advanced component mounting method, leading to benefits such as increased component density, improved performance due to shorter signal paths, and automated manufacturing capabilities. Many modern electronic devices, from smartphones and computers to automotive electronics and medical equipment, rely heavily on SMT põhised designs due to the efficiency and miniaturization it enables. The manufacturing process for SMT põhised involves automated pick-and-place machines that accurately position components onto solder paste applied to the PCB, followed by a reflow soldering process to permanently attach them.
