SLAta

SLAta is a fictional coastal city-state set in the archipelago of Ardentia. It sits on a natural harbor formed by the delta of the Silven River, facing a temperate sea climate. The city covers both an ancient core and a modern business district, connected by a network of historic streets and contemporary avenues. The population is diverse, with SLAtaan as the local language, supplemented by common languages including Ardentian and English in business.

The government is a constitutional republic with a president as head of state and a unicameral city council elected for four-year terms. The council shares legislative powers with an appointed executive cabinet.
