Rotationsretning

Rotationsretning refers to the direction in which an object is turning or spinning. Clockwise rotation is the direction in which the hands of a clock move. Imagine looking at a clock face; the movement from the 12 to the 3, then to the 6, and finally to the 9 is clockwise. Counter-clockwise rotation is the opposite direction, moving against the hands of a clock. This is sometimes also referred to as anti-clockwise.
