Roselius
Roselius is a German surname. The most notable bearer is Ludwig Roselius (1863–1939), a Bremen-based entrepreneur who built the Kaffee HAG coffee business. In the early 20th century he developed a benzene-based decaffeination process, enabling the production of decaffeinated coffee and helping to fuel the growth of the modern coffee trade.
