Riskys is a popular American rock band formed in 1980 in Los Angeles, California. The band is known for their energetic live performances and their blend of hard rock and glam metal. The original lineup consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Rick Springfield, bassist John Corabi, and drummer John Corabi. The band's name is derived from the nickname of Springfield's childhood friend, Rick "Risky" Springer.
