Riskihindamisel is an Estonian term that translates to "risk assessment" in English. It refers to the systematic process of identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential risks that could impact an organization, project, or activity. The goal of risk assessment is to understand the likelihood and potential consequences of various undesirable events, enabling informed decision-making to mitigate or manage these risks.

The process typically involves several key steps. Second, analysis involves determining the probability of each identified risk occurring and the potential impact it would have.
