Retrospettive

Retrospettive, often translated as "retrospectives" or "retros" in English, are a structured meeting format used in agile software development and other collaborative projects. The primary purpose of a retrospettiva is to provide a dedicated space for a team to reflect on its recent work, identify what went well, what could be improved, and to create actionable steps for the future.

Typically, a retrospettiva follows a consistent structure. It usually begins with a review of the period being discussed, often a sprint or a project milestone. Participants then share their thoughts on positive aspects of the work and areas where challenges or difficulties arose. This is often facilitated by asking questions like "What did we do well?" and "What could we have done better?".
