Restructuration

Restructuration refers to the process of reorganizing the structure, operations, or financial foundations of an organization, system, or entity. The term is commonly used in business, finance, law, and public administration to describe deliberate changes intended to improve efficiency, solvency, or strategic focus.

In corporate contexts, restructuration can be organizational or financial. Organizational restructuring reorganizes management levels, departments, processes, and job roles to improve coordination, reduce costs, or enable new strategies.
