Rentabilitätsanalyse, also known as profitability analysis, is a financial assessment that evaluates a company's ability to generate earnings relative to its revenue, operating costs, balance sheet assets, or shareholders' equity over time. It is a crucial tool for investors, creditors, and management to understand a company's financial performance and operational efficiency.
