Referralohjelmat
Referral programs, known in Finnish as referralohjelmat, are marketing strategies where existing customers are incentivized to recommend a company's products or services to new customers. These programs leverage word-of-mouth marketing, a highly trusted form of advertising, to drive customer acquisition. Typically, both the referrer (the existing customer) and the referred (the new customer) receive a reward upon successful conversion.
