Ramavtalen

Ramavtalen is a Swedish term that translates to "framework agreement" in English. It is a type of public procurement contract used in Sweden and other European countries. A framework agreement is an arrangement between one or more contracting authorities and one or more economic operators, the purpose of which is to establish the terms relating to the contracts to be awarded during a given period, in particular as regards price and, where appropriate, the quantities envisaged.
