Ragimperts

Ragimperts are a fictional species from the planet Xylos, known for their unusual physical characteristics and unique societal structure. They are bipeds, standing at an average height of two meters, with a slender build. Their most striking feature is their skin, which is composed of interwoven, fibrous strands that resemble tightly woven fabric. This "rag" like skin can change color subtly based on their mood or environment, a trait that aids in both camouflage and communication.

Ragimperts possess four arms, two primary and two secondary, all capable of manipulation. Their eyes are large and multifaceted, granting them a wide field of vision. They communicate through a series of melodic clicks and whistles, often accompanied by subtle shifts in their skin coloration.

Socially, Ragimperts live in communal pods, typically numbering between fifty and a hundred individuals. These pods are led by an elder, chosen for their wisdom and ability to harmonize the pod's collective energy. They are a peaceful species, largely focused on artistic expression and the study of Xylos's complex ecosystem. Their diet consists primarily of nutrient-rich mosses and bioluminescent fungi found in the planet's subterranean caverns. Reproduction is a communal affair, with eggs being nurtured and raised by the entire pod.
