Radialledare

Radialledare is a Swedish term that translates to "radial leader" or "radial guide" in English. It is most commonly used in the context of electrical engineering and refers to a specific type of wiring or cable arrangement. In this context, a radialledare system is one where electrical power is distributed from a central source outwards to various points or loads. Each point of consumption has its own dedicated cable running directly from the distribution point.

This contrasts with other wiring methods such as a ring main, where cables form a loop, or a series connection. The radialledare system is known for its simplicity and ease of fault finding. If a fault occurs in one branch of a radialledare system, it typically only affects that specific branch and does not disrupt the power supply to other connected devices.
