RFDrosseln

RFDrosseln, also known as RF chokes, are electronic components designed to block radio frequency currents while allowing lower frequency currents to pass. They are essentially inductors that are specifically designed to operate at high frequencies. Their primary function is to prevent unwanted RF signals from interfering with sensitive electronic circuits or to prevent RF signals from leaking out of a system.

These components are constructed by winding a coil of wire around a core material. The core material can be air, ferrite, or powdered iron, and its properties influence the choke's effectiveness and frequency range. The inductance of the coil determines its impedance at a given frequency.
