Räkor
Räkor are small, edible crustaceans belonging to the infraorder Caridea or Dendrobranchiata. They are found in virtually all marine environments, from the deep sea to shallow coastal waters, and also in freshwater. Räkor are characterized by their elongated bodies, segmented exoskeletons, and ten legs. The two front pairs of legs are often tipped with small claws. Their diet consists of plankton, small invertebrates, and organic debris.
