Qualifikations
Qualifikationen, plural of Qualifikation, refer to the set of attributes and credentials that demonstrate a person’s ability to perform a task, hold a position, or meet standards. In German-language contexts the term is widely used in education, employment, and policy discussions. The stem Qualifikations appears in many compound terms, such as Qualifikationsnachweis (proof of qualifications) and Qualifikationsrahmen (qualification framework). Qualifications can be obtained through formal education, professional training, work experience, or certification, and they may be evaluated by employers, schools, or professional bodies.
