Qiramarrësi

Qiramarrësi is a person who rents a property from its owner for residential or commercial use, paying regular rent and abiding by the terms of a lease. The term comes from the concepts of rent (qira) and receiving (marrës). In a rental relationship, the qiramarrësi acquires the right to occupy and use the premises while the owner retains ownership. The lease contract specifies the rent amount, payment schedule, duration, allowed uses, maintenance responsibilities, and rules for subletting.

Obligations of the qiramarrësi typically include paying rent on time, keeping the property in good condition, promptly reporting necessary repairs, and complying with occupancy limits and local laws.
