Przetrwa

Przetrwa is the third-person singular form of the Polish verb przetrwać, which means to survive or endure. As a perfective verb, przetrwać generally denotes the completion of enduring a hardship and the subject’s survival. Therefore, przetrwa translates as “he will survive” or “she will survive” in contexts describing future survival. It can also appear in other tenses, but przetrwa itself is used for future-oriented statements.

The verb przetrwać is derived from the root trwać (to last) with the prefix prze-, which adds the sense of carrying something through to an end.
