Prufruit
Prufruit is a term that can refer to a variety of fruits that belong to the genus Prunus. This genus is part of the larger family Rosaceae, which also includes roses, apples, and pears. Fruits within the Prunus genus are characterized by a fleshy pericarp surrounding a single, hard seed, commonly known as a stone or pit.
