Prosperitetit

Prosperitetit is the Albanian noun for prosperity; it denotes a state of flourishing and well-being that encompasses material wealth as well as social satisfaction. In Albanian discourse, prosperity is discussed at levels of individuals, families, communities, and nations, often in terms of sustainable and inclusive growth.

Dimensions include economic prosperity (income, employment, productivity), social prosperity (health, education, security, social cohesion), and environmental prosperity (sustainable use of resources, resilience to shocks).

Measurement: no single metric suffices; common indicators include GDP per capita, the Human Development Index, poverty and inequality measures, life expectancy, and access to essential services. Policy aims associated with prosperity include macroeconomic stability, investment in human capital, innovation, infrastructure, good governance, the rule of law, and social protection.
