Projectionwhile

Projectionwhile is a theoretical programming construct that combines a projection operation with a while-loop control flow. In this concept, a projection function transforms or selects fields from each input element, while a guard condition governs the continuation of the loop. The result is a lazy, streaming sequence of projected elements produced as long as the guard remains satisfied.

Semantics and behavior. The core idea is to maintain an input stream or sequence, apply a projection function P to each element, and emit the projected result only while a predicate G on the current element holds. Formally, the process iterates over items x from a source, and while G(x) is true, it yields P(x) and advances to the next item. If G(x) becomes false, the iteration terminates. This makes projectionwhile resemble a takeWhile-style operation combined with a map (projection) step, but with explicit emphasis on the interaction between projection and termination condition.
