Probiertet

Probiertet is the second-person plural Präteritum (simple past) form of the German verb probieren, meaning to try or to sample. It corresponds to "you tried" in English for the informal plural subject ihr. The form is common in written language and storytelling, and less frequent in everyday spoken German.

Conjugation: In the Präteritum, probieren follows the regular pattern for -ieren verbs. The forms are: ich probierte, du probiertest, er probierte, wir probierten, ihr probiertet, sie probierten.
